NEXT DAY ORDERS:
Next Day orders must be placed by 12pm the day before pickup/delivery. For example, an order is placed on a Tuesday at 11:30am, arrangement is eligible to be ready by Wednesday. If ordered on Tuesday at 1pm, this arrangement is no longer eligible to be ready by Wednesday unless florist has confirmed eligibility.
Additional Charges and/or Refunds:
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. REFUNDS WILL BE CONSIDERED ON A CASE BY CASE.
Delivery: When choosing delivery please verify the delivery address provided. If your address is incomplete, incorrect, or needs to be re-routed you must contact us 24 hours prior to delivery. If failed to provide correct address 24 hours prior to delivery, you will be assessed an additional fee. The fee is determined by the distance to new destination.
Substitutions:
In the event that a flower variety becomes unavailable, Carroza De Rosas will offer a substitution for your order. The substitution offered will be for equal or greater value than the amount paid. However, if client requests a substitution that is significantly higher in value than the product ordered, Carroza De Rosas will charge the difference in price. Please keep into consideration roses and flowers come in all sizes, some arrangements come out bigger or smaller depending on the size, this is out of our control.
Change and Cancellation Policy:
After an order is placed and confirmed, no changes may be made.
Order Cancellations must be made within 3 days before arrangements were scheduled for pick up/delivery . All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email/text. An email/text acknowledging cancellation will be sent to confirm cancellation. Next Day orders unfortunately cannot be canceled as orders are immediately processed. Cancelation fees apply to cover credit card processing fees and processing overhead.
Claims, Credit and Refund Policy:
While product issues are rare, should you experience a problem with your order at the time of pickup/delivery, you are required to contact Carroza De Rosas on the same day of delivery of your flowers at 1(469) 332-9800 or by emailing carrozaderosas@.com
A return phone number must be provided to facilitate contact. If you do not pick up your order the day agreed & you do not communicate with us or do not reply to our messages, the arrangement will be sold and deposit will remain nonrefundable. Please respect our time/work that gets put into arrangements
